OUR STORY

Up North Crew was established back in 2019 due to the increase in demand for industry crew and specialist technicians in and around the North West. Finding skilled and enthusiastic crew can be difficult at times, but we aim to provide a platform to connect clients and freelancers together via our business.

 

We provide Creatives, Specialist Technicians, Production Staff & General Crew to the Theatre, Media, Events & Sporting industries across the North West and beyond. We have a range of carefully selected, hard-working individuals on our books, with a small London based team for our work down South. This also includes individuals with related licenses & certification including Covid Compliance Officers, FLT Drivers, IPAF & NEBOSH.

We founded Up North Crew with one goal in mind: to design, build and produce creative and unforgettable events for every occasion. Establishing relationships and providing committed team players is at the heart of what we do. From small intimate affairs to large-scale productions, we strive to execute events and productions that not only aim to impress, but also create unique experiences for our clients and their guests that last long after the fun is over. Our innovative mix of solutions ensures that every detail is covered from idea to end product.

Our crew are valued members of the team and we ensure they are constantly developing. Each member has gone through a rigorous application process so rest assured you will find the most enthusiastic, dedicated and efficient crew for what you need!​ We host frequent training events throughout the year to help our crew advance in their skills and knowledge and prepare them for additional industry work.
